Something Pretty's Bonanzle Booth Finished Product

Today is Friday, May 29, 2009. It looks to be another beautiful day. A rain shower came yesterday afternoon, so things here are still pretty wet.

I got this picture last night from Miss Bettye of SomethingPretty's Bonanzle booth. She has once again got the button cover finished. They are gorgeous! So with the cooperation of the Postal Service, I should be able to list four of the totes that I have finished on Monday. Truly if you need special button covers or buttons, mugs or pins, this lady is the first stop to make. Just send her a scan of fabric and she works her magic. Miss Bettye will keep you posted all the way through the process. If something happens, she is quick to let you know. I am thrilled with her work!

This afternoon I get to spend some time with my grand daughter. Her parents are working today and there will be an overlap of time. So, I get her for a few hours!

Something Pretty's Bonanzle Booth Button Covers

Today is Wednesday, May 27,2009. The sun is shinning and hope it dries out the mud soon. Wow, did we get the rain last week. The critters didn't seem to mind, it didn't bother them a bit. The snakes seemed to have found my yard this time. grrrr

It has been a productive week. I had scanned some fabric and sent it to Miss Bettye at SomethingPretty's Bonanzle booth. This lady is just awesome, so much talent! So very easy to work with. I scan, she sends pictures of product and next thing I know, I have them in my hands. I just love her button covers. She had a little issuse with the sun, so it won't be like this one however, I truly trust her judgement. She has been wonderful to me! If you are needing special button covers, just scan your fabric and she will work you something up to match.

Have been moving furniture around, just felt the need to change things up a bit. So with moving furniture comes deep cleaning and the of course, the carpets need to be cleaned and if you are going to do that, might just as well clean the walls too. You know how it goes. However I am glad that it is almost finished.

Want to work on my BrightestBlessings website sometime this week. Do more for the Google search to pick it up more. Have to have quiet time to do that. Hope everyone has a happy, healthy productive day!

St. Jude Chairy Auction Next Monday On The Brainstorming Bonanzle Show

Today is Monday, May 25,2009. The weather has cleared and the sun is shinning. We have been flooding out all over the county here. Have to hurry and get the clothes on the line before it changes its mind back to rain.

This weekend has been a productive weekend for me. Have three totes finished and waiting on buttons from Bettye. Her work is just awesome! After I get the button covers, I will post pictures of them. The vintage napkin tote is just so kewl! Love it. Made another one out of a pair of old jeans. That was a tough one to make, broke my first needle on this one.

A week from today is the St. Jude's charity LIVE auction. All items have been donated by Bonanzle booth owners right down to the shipping. This is such a wonderful cause. If you think you have it bad, go browse around the St. Jude website. You will have such a brighter out look on things. This is such an awesome cause to donate to!

A Productive Day For Projects

Today is Thursday, May 21, 2009. We are going on day four of rain here. By the time that it stops, it will be time to mow the yard again. The weather is still cool and breezy.

Yesterday was a productive day. Finished one project, all but finished another and started another. Should be able to finish up those two today. I had found two vintage blue and white
napkins, that were so pretty. So they are going to be a tote, "Something Old and Something New".

Then there is the purple tote that I will finish today. Different shades of purple and daisies too. It is going to be so summer. The other on that is just waiting on a button turned out so nice. The colors are just so hot.

Also spent a few hours with mom. I had purchased some "Goddess Garden Tea" blossom blooming tea balls. Mom loves her tea, however she had never had a blooming tea ball. She was thrilled with it. It was gorgeous ! I love seeing mom excited with "firsts".

Today is Tuesday, May 19, 2009. It has rained the last couple of days here, but that's ok, we really need this rain. The temperature has dropped too. Feels like November weather. A nice welcome from those 90 plus days.

Was browsing on Bonanzle the other day and ran across this Booth called Gem Rock Shop. All I can say is WOW! So of course I had to have a couple of items, received them yesterday and truly wished I had ordered more. The picture of the Blue Obisdian is one of the items that I purchased. Took The Day Off Well Kind Of

Today is Sunday, May 17, 2009. Looks like it is going to be a pretty day. It rained most of yesterday and last night. This was a very good thing, we really need the rain. Don't need the humidity, but really do need the rain.

Took yesterday off, well kind of. Got the lawn mowed and those dirty dogs washed. She just loves her baths, him on the other hand pouts about it. The garden is coming along nicely. Everything is green and really growing.

Going to work on my sewing today I do believe and finish up a couple of unfinished projects. I so have to learn to finish one thing before moving on to something else. It seems like at least once a month I find myself spending the day just finishing things. However, it does feel like an awesome day for productitivy.

Need to get moving in a forward direction really want to get things finished and cleaned up. Have an awesome day!

Taking The Day Off

Today is Friday, May 15, 2009. Today is going to be a muggy day today, it is hot already and humid. Well, the rain came, all of about 10 minutes of mist. That's ok though, it gave me an excuse to get outside, had to water the garden and plants.

I didn't get the sewing done yesterday that I wanted to, grandchildren are really drawn to the pin cushion. It has to be all of the colors. The little ones like to push all of the pins all the way down and the older ones like to color coordinate the colors.

Going to take the day off from business today and work outside. The dogs really are in need of a bath. She loves the water and he could live without it. Must be a guy thing. Get the lawn mowed and trimmed up.

Then tomorrow will start working on business again. Maybe get some of my sewing projects finished up and new ones going. That would be wonderful, hubby is off so that may not work out so well.

Bonanzle Booth Chores All But Done

Today is Wednesday, May 13, 2009. It is another hot day today, however there is a breeze so no a/c today! I noticed that the sparrows aren't coming around like they use to. There has been a Blue Jay that has been here. He stays only a few moments and then is gong. Have been trying to catch a picture of him for the longest.

Today I finally finished getting my Bonanzle booth cleaned up. WOW! What a job that was. I will never throw listings up again just to get them done. To much work redoing them. But, they are done now. YEAH!

Also got a few more listings up on my site. Have about 65 more to go before that job is finished. Then I will have to start retaking pictures to make them the way that I want them. It will be a never ending project. LOL

Going to finish dinner up and then go see mom. She called this morning, sounded just full of herself. I think she had to much coffee if there is such a thing. I can't say anything, I enjoy every minute that I am given with her. She is a hoot!

Tomorrow I will list a few more items on my site and get to work with that pink fabric that continues to call me. If you haven't checked out Sarah's Blog you should, the link is on the right. She has some wonderful talent and is really a super person.

A Productive Mother's Day

Today is Monday, May 11, 2009. Yesterday was so hot! Today is supposed to be 88 which I can live with. We are looking at thunderstorms all week, which we really need the rain, however we we supposed to have them last week and nothing. We shall see.

Finished my grandbaby's pillow to match her Eeyore quilt yesterday. I was pleased with it, hope she is too. They are supposed to be coming to town this morning, so she will get it then. Got a phone call from my grandson yesterday. He said that he had "killed my birdhouse, it died." I was puzzled and my mind was racing trying to figure out just what he was talking about. How do you kill a birdhouse?

When he had made his wooden projects here over spring break, we put a birdhouse gourd in the planter. It was the gourd he was talking about, not the wooden birdhouse. LOL So he informed me that he would need to come over this weekend so that we could make another one. He promised that he would water it everyday and not kill it. Oh, to be five again.

Didn't get much done in the way of cleaning up my Bonanzle booth and listing on my site, however it was a productive day for my chores. Got my chores done, dinner in the oven and went to see my mom for a couple of hours.

There is a new Bonanzle booth PinkLadyBugsBoutique. She does wonderful work, just beautiful! Anyway I had bought this One of a kind Keepsake box for my mom for Mother's Day.
I was so impressed with it and it was shipped very quickly. Mom was thrilled with it and that isn't easy to do. She will be 75 in July and not to much impresses her. This seller is just awesome and a very pleasant person to talk with.

Time to get to work, hang laundry and finish cleaning up my Bonanzle booth and listing on my site. Get your chores done, get outside and enjoy the day.

A Day Of Cleaning My Bonanzle Booth

Today is Sunday, May 10, 2009. Happy Mother's Day to all of the moms out there! It is supposed to be 93 degrees today. YUCK! Although it is cloudy with a little breeze this morning so maybe, just maybe they are wrong about the temperature for today. This is one of the rag quilt altar cloths for Mid Summer that I finally finished. Love the Sun Flowers!

Yesterday was a productive day. My Bonanzle booth only has 23 more templates to insert and that will be cleaned up. I really dislike a messy booth. While cleaning up my Bonanzle booth, I worked on my site and only have another 87 items to list. So yes, it was a productive day.

Grabbed another piece of the Eeyore fabric yesterday to make the pillow to match the grandbaby's quilt. Have to get it done and finished before she shows up today so that I don't have so much help with it. She really likes to "help". LOL

Well off to see my mom and spend some time with her this morning, then back to work. Have this really great hot pink fabric that I can't wait to use. This will be my reward when I have business taken care of.

Cleaning Up

Today is Friday, May 8, 2009. It is another beautiful day, sun is shinning and there is a breeze. Electric bill down to $123 for last month and a 32 day billing cycle! I finally caught him sunning himself today. I was quicker than he was. He has taken claim to this post for the last week or so. It is his and he continues to let the rest know it.

Have gotten a few things done already that is on the to do list and feeling productive. Going to finish up that jumper today for my daughter. The kids can give it to her for mothers day.

Then back over to my Bonanzle booth to clean up at least 25 listings. That is my goal the next three days. By getting 25 a day done, my Bonanzle booth will be cleaned up by Monday. YES!

Then back to the website to rearrange things there. Need to list at least 25 items a day there also to get things done.

Remember tomorrow is a Flower Moon. The weather is so nice now get out there and enjoy it!

Another Productive Day

Today is Thursday, May 7, 2009 and a beautiful day it was. The sun was shinning and there was a breeze. I have been trying for the last couple of weeks to get a picture of the squirrel sunning himself on the feeder. Just as I get ready to take the picture he sits up and looks at me, like not this time. I will get that picture.

Today was another productive day. My website went live Brightest Blessings. I still have lots to do to make it the way that I want it, but it is up and running. It is like your home, one day the chair looks great in that spot and in the morning, well it would look better over there.

So this week or weekend I should say I will be cleaning up my Bonanzle booth. It really needs it bad. Most of the body jewelry has no templates and it looks like the listings were just thrown up there. So that is also on my to do list.

Started working on a camo jumper for my daughter that she wanted. Everything is cut out so tomorrow I would like to finish that. It would make a nice gift for the kids to give to her on Sunday, Mothers Day.

It is getting late here and need to get some sleep, so much to do just cleaning up my Bonanzle booth and rearranging my website. Not to mention finishing the jumper. I do think it is going to be a very long weekend.

Today is Wednesday, May 6, 2009. The weather has been beautiful! Summer is here! This is a picture of the first bloom this year on my cactus. Has been a very busy week here, but a productive week. My website is all but done and I hope for it to go live today sometime.

I am excited about doing my own site. A lot of work, however I do think it is well worth it. Something that I should have done 9 months ago. Better late than never. LOL It will get easier the more that I work with it and see everything that it has to offer. I do have to that Sharon for all of her help! This whole thing wouldn't have came this far this fast without her! If you are needing web designs and banners be sure to check out her site.

Also finished up two Mid Summer Altar kits and got them listed too. They were fun to do, one is Sun Flowers and the other is daisies. Very summer!

Working on another tote that is going to be for the pink lovers. Also working on a couple of other projects too.
