A Gorgeous Day

Today is Wednesday, January 20, 2010. It was a gorgeous day today! The sun was shining and it was a wonderful 73 degrees. Couldn't ask for a better day to work in the yard. However, the weather report says thunder storms tonight and tomorrow. So we put in a long day today.

Worked in the yard all day, threw in a couple of loads of laundry and got them hung outside. This was all of the wood that was left for the fireplace after the cold weather that we have had. At the end of the day we had both front and back filled back up again. Most of the other wood, that still needs to be split is almost restacked and off of the ground. Raked up most of the yard, cleaned out Charlotte's pen and cleaned off the top of the dog house. Hubby had that stacked full of junk, yes junk.

We started a dump pile that I will have to have gone before he comes home again. That man has so much junk it is nuts. So the plan is to have everything that has to go to the dump, gone before the weekend he gets home. If not I am so, well you know.

Dug out some more pots to start more seeds in. Found some of the big ones! Got them all filled with dirt and will add seeds in the next couple of days. Probably a good thing for the rain, the house needs a little attention. So I can get that done tomorrow, if it rains. Then Friday back outside to get more of the yard work done.

Also got a couple of items finished, just need to get pictures taken, then to list. Should be able to get that done tomorrow. Or at least that is my plan, you know how it goes with me taking pictures. ugh.....

Remember yesterday, dream about tomorrow, but live today. ~Brightest Blessings~
