We Made It To SC

Today is Wednesday, April 21, 2010. I have no idea what kind of day it will be. It is only 4:30 in the morning, the sun has not yet to rise.

We are now in SC arriving about 10:30 last night. The trip was a good one other than one spot of really bad rain with water standing on the road. We didn't get to leave until about 2 yesterday afternoon, paperwork issues.

It was hard locking up the house to leave knowing that it would be a couple of months before we were “home” again. It was nicer not seeing my husband pulling out of the yard knowing that it would be two to three weeks before I seen him again.

So this morning as I write this in “writer” to copy and paste later, not sure about the internet connection, need a user name and password to get on. So we wait until the office opens to register and figure all of this out.

I sit here not quite sure what it is that I should be doing or what to do. The kids and Doc are still fast asleep, who could blame them. If at home I would throw in a load of laundry, read my blogs and write mine all while on line. This is going to take some real getting use to. Hoping that in a couple of days I will have some sort of a routine down. So for today, I will wing it and hope for the best.

I know that the boys are not going to want to do their schoolwork today, but I am thinking that the faster we get into a routine, the easier it is going to be. Thinking about dinner, just hit me that George just took off with the BBQ in the back of his truck. Dang it, he won't be back until about five this evening, now thinking that dinner will be a little late tonight.

Have to come up with another way for messaging, we used the chalkboard that we use for school. If I had to run somewhere before they were up, I just left a message there for them. Have to think this one out. Not to much room to put to much on the walls in an RV. Then there is Doc who is not really social. He has only been around family and his sister. He is not big on people that he doesn't know and other animals, remember the skunk? So if nothing else, today should be very interesting to say the least.

Remember yesterday, dream about tomorrow, but live today. ~Brightest Blessings~
